# Stories

Stories respond to the user’s actions across various touchpoints, and communicate with them consistently across multiple channels.

## Prerequisites

Just like with CrossEngage Campaigns, you need to have a connection to one of our [integration partners](/data-and-engagement-platform/messages/integrations.md) set up.

Currently, the following integrations are supported by Stories:

| Channel | Provider |
| ----------------- | ---------------- |
| Email | Emarsys |
| | Mailjet |
| | Mandrill |
| | SendGrid |
| Webhooks | |
| SFTP | |
