How can I access the list of users who received a specific campaign?

In order to see who received a message in a specific campaign, you need to build a segment that targets the recipients of that campaign. Should you only want to check the campaign performance, please go to the campaign dashboard.

You will need the following information to access the list of users:

  • ID of the campaign The campaign ID can be found next to campaign name in the campaign overview or in the list of campaigns

  • Channel or provider used to send the message Channels are the means to sent your marketing messages with like email, SMS, push-notification, etc. Providers are MailChimp, Twilio, Optilyz or any other tools you have connected to CrossEngage.

Examples

1. Getting the list of all users who clicked any link in a specific email campaign (regardless of email provider or even in case you have switched to another one in the course of campaign lifecycle):

Event count Event name: mail.click Operator: greater than Value: 0

Event properties Property: campaignId Operator: equals Value: ID of your campaign

Timespan from beginning of time to dispatch

2. Retrieving the recipients of the push-notification campaign sent with Accengage 3 days ago:

Event count Event name: accengage.sent Operator: equals Value: 1

Event properties Property: campaignId Operator: equals Value: ID of your campaign

Timespan from 3 days before dispatch to 2 days before dispatch

Hint in regard to Timespan: In this case, the system should consider the time frame for the whole day - from the beginning of the 3rd day till its end. CrossEngage interprets this interval as the one between 3 days and 2 days ago.

"Dispatch" is normally the moment of delivering the message. If you are not sending campaigns, "dispatch" would refer to the time when you are retrieving the segment.
