Appcues

When using the CrossEngage Data & Prediction Platform, we support you with the Appcues tool from Appcues Inc. 54 Canal St, 5th Floor, Boston, MA 02114. Appcues makes it easier for the user to get to know the CrossEngage Data & Prediction Platform by helping to implement a smooth, personalized user onboarding process. In this context, it is possible that user profile data such as name, e-mail and timestamp of user account creation are transferred to the service provider.

The legal basis for data processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) GDPR. The legitimate interest lies in optimizing the user experience in the customer onboarding process. We have concluded data protection contracts with Appcues so that the security of your data is always guaranteed. Your data will be stored for as long as it is required for the contractual relationship and deleted after the statutory retention periods have expired.

Mixpanel

We also use Mixpanel, a service of Mixpanel, Inc, 405 Howard St., Floor 2, San Francisco, CA 94105, USA, as part of the CrossEngage Data & Prediction Platform. Mixpanel stores and processes information about user behavior in our CrossEngage Data & Prediction Platform. Among other things, Mixpanel uses cookies, i.e. small text files that are stored locally in the cache of your web browser on your end device and that enable your use of our website to be analyzed.

We use Mixpanel for marketing and optimization purposes, in particular to analyze the use of our product and to continuously improve individual functions and offers as well as the user experience. By statistically evaluating user behavior, we can improve our offering and make it more interesting for you as a user. This also constitutes our legitimate interest in the processing of the aforementioned data by the third-party provider. The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f) GDPR.

Wir haben mit Appcues datenschutzrechtliche Verträge geschlossen, damit die Sicherheit Ihrer Daten stets gewährleitet ist. Mixpanel speichert und verarbeitet Informationen über das Nutzerverhalten in unserer CrossEngage Data & Prediction Plattform. Mixpanel verwendet hierfür unter anderem Cookies, also kleine Textdateien, die lokal im Zwischenspeicher Ihres Webbrowsers auf Ihrem Endgerät gespeichert werden und die eine Analyse der Benutzung unseres Internetauftritts durch Sie ermöglichen.
