# Set up SFTP Integration * In the CrossEngage app, navigate to Settings > Integrations. * Click the Add new integration button in the top right corner of the page.

* Search for "CrossEngage". * Click Set up and select "Export" from the dropdown menu. The (S)FTP upload’ integration form will open.

* Give your integration a clear, descriptive name * Select the desired file transfer protocol. CrossEngage supports the following file transfer protocols: FTP, SFTP, FTPS * Fill in your file transfer settings, including the Port, Host, Username, and Password * Choose whether the Connection mode is ‘Active’ or ‘Passive.’ * Select whether you wish to set up Encryption, in which case you will have to set a password * Set the file path to which the exported files should be exported * Set the file properties of the exported CSV files * Click Save
